Apply to Work Together
This is a discernment based process.
The application is the entry point into the work and a way for us to understand fit, readiness, and alignment on both sides.
Mentorship is the core of this work, with cohorts and retreats offered as complementary pathways.
What applying means
Applying does not mean committing.
It means you’re open to an honest conversation about where you are, what you’re navigating, and whether this work is the right support at this stage of your life.
There is no pressure to move forward and no expectation that everyone who applies will be accepted.
Pathways into the work
Mentorship is the core of this work.
Depending on timing, readiness, and context, people may enter through different containers.
Cohorts and immersive retreats are offered at different times throughout the year.
They can serve as preparation, integration, or a deeper entry into the work.
The right path becomes clear through conversation.
This is likely a fit if you…
are a high-functioning leader, founder, or operator in a period of transition
have already done meaningful inner work
feel a gap between insight and lived integration
are willing to slow down, tell the truth, and engage responsibly
are ready to work from internal authority rather than external validation
You’re looking for quick fixes, peak experiences, or someone to tell you what to do.
You want motivation, reassurance, or external answers rather than responsibility and integration.
You’re early on the path and still exploring foundational inner work.
This may not be the right fit if…
The process:
You complete the application below.
I review applications personally.
If it feels aligned, you’ll be invited to a conversation.
From there, we’ll decide together whether to move forward.
Some applications won’t progress past the form, not as a rejection, but as discernment.
Time, structure, and commitment
Mentorship is offered in focused containers, typically 1:1.
This work requires presence, honesty, and a willingness to engage beyond the call itself.
Details around structure, cadence, and investment are discussed during the conversation not before.
Investment
This work is a meaningful commitment of time, presence, and resources.
Investment varies based on the container and level of support.
Single mentorship sessions and cohort offerings are typically in the range of a few hundred dollars.
Ongoing mentorship is structured as longer term commitments and generally falls within the low to mid four figures per month.
Longer containers include regular ninety minute sessions along with ongoing voice or phone support, held within clear and respectful guidelines.
Specific details are shared during the conversation, once fit and readiness are established.
If this feels aligned…
