What cohorts are

Cohorts are not courses, workshops, or group coaching programs.

They are time-bound, facilitated containers where participants engage in shared inquiry, reflection, and integration. The emphasis is on curiosity, listening, and responsibility; both to oneself and to the group.

The work unfolds through conversation, practice, and what emerges collectively.

Who cohorts tend to serve

Cohorts tend to resonate with people who are just beginning to, or have already engaged in meaningful inner work and are seeking a relational context to integrate it.

Participants are often navigating transition, insights, or change, and value depth, honesty, and shared presence over performance or instruction.

A willingness to listen, reflect, and take responsibility for one’s own process is essential.

How cohorts function

Cohorts run over a defined period of time and meet regularly as a group.

Groups are intentionally kept small, typically ranging from 6 to 12 participants, to preserve depth, trust, and relational integrity.

Most cohorts run for 6 to 8 weeks, with weekly live sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes. Sessions are facilitated and held with care, but are not scripted. What arises in the group often informs the direction of the work.

Depending on the cohort, sessions may include reflective dialogue, contemplative practice, integration prompts, and shared inquiry.

Relationship with mentorship

Cohorts are a complete experience in themselves.

For some, they serve as an accessible way to engage this work within a collective setting. For others, they become a natural entry point into deeper one-to-one mentorship.

There is no expectation to move from one pathway to another. Each is held with its own integrity.

Structure and commitment

Cohorts are offered periodically and require a commitment to attend consistently and engage with care.

As a general reference, cohort participation is typically priced in the low hundreds, reflecting the collective nature of the container and the shared commitment involved.

Specific details around timing, group size, cadence, and investment are shared during the application and discernment process.

A limited number of scholarships may be available, offered as a continuation of reciprocity rather than charity.
