Mentorship
Mentorship here is a relational container designed to support integration, embodiment, and lived alignment over time.
This work is not about moving through a program or reaching predefined outcomes.
It is about learning how to listen more clearly, orient from internal authority, and bring insight into how you actually choose to live and lead.
What tends to shift through this work
clearer internal authority and decision-making
reduced inner fragmentation and mental noise
restored integrity between values and behavior
greater emotional steadiness under pressure
renewed trust in yourself and your direction
There are no formulas here.
This is real work, done honestly.
The orientation
I do not work by giving you the answers.
I work by creating conditions for insight to surface, and supporting the translation of that insight into real-world choices, relationships, and responsibility.
I’m here to help you trust and live from the intelligence that already lives within you.
How the work functions
Mentorship sessions are conversational, reflective, and grounded in what is present.
The work often includes:
precise inquiry that interrupts familiar patterns
reflection that reveals where insight has not yet been embodied
integration into leadership, relationships, and daily life
space for uncertainty, nuance, and honest reckoning
This is not motivational work.
It is integrative, relational, and lived.
You don’t need more insight.
You need integration.
This work is for people who are already awake, already capable, and already successful by most external measures; yet feel a growing dissonance between what they know and how their life is actually operating.
You may recognize yourself here:
You’ve had real awakenings, breakthroughs, or initiations and still feel stuck in patterns that no longer fit.
You’re a leader, founder, or operator navigating a major transition of identity, purpose, or direction.
You’re done with surface-level coaching, endless processing, and spiritual bypassing.
You want clarity that holds under pressure, not insight that fades when life gets real.
If you’re early on the path, seeking experiences, or looking to be fixed this is not for you.
Integration over insight
Insight alone rarely creates lasting change.
Transformation happens when awareness becomes lived. When what you see begins to shape how you move, choose, relate, and respond.
This work is oriented toward embodiment rather than accumulation. Toward integrating what is discovered or already known into daily life and relationships.
Mentorship here is about creating the conditions for awareness to take root and express itself through action, integrity, and presence.
Containers
Mentorship is offered through several containers, depending on timing, readiness, and depth of engagement.
Containers provide structure around time, continuity, and commitment.
They are not prescriptions for how the work unfolds.
Single mentorship session
A focused, one-time engagement for clarity, orientation, or support during a specific moment, decision, or transition.
Single sessions can stand alone or serve as an entry point into ongoing work.
3 month container
A time-bound engagement designed to support a defined transition, recalibration, or integration phase.
This container offers enough continuity for insight to begin shaping behavior and choice.
6 month container
A deeper engagement for those navigating sustained change across leadership, relationship, or identity.
This container supports steadier orientation and integration over time.
12 month container
A long-range mentorship relationship for those seeking ongoing integration, accountability, and alignment across seasons.
This container supports depth, continuity, and trust built through sustained work..
Investment & structure
Mentorship is offered in both single-session and longer-term containers, depending on depth, continuity, and support needed.
As a general reference, single sessions are typically priced in the few-hundred-dollar range, while ongoing mentorship containers tend to fall in the low-to-mid four figures, depending on duration and level of support.
Details are shared during the application and discernment process to ensure alignment on both sides.
Ongoing mentorship containers typically include two ninety-minute sessions per month.
Between sessions, support may include voice or phone communication held within clear and respectful guidelines.
Structure is agreed upon in conversation and aligned to the container, rather than selected from a menu.
Related pathways
In addition to one-to-one mentorship, this work is also offered through cohorts and immersive retreats.
Cohorts provide a collective container for shared inquiry, reflection, and integration.
They can stand alone or serve as a pathway into deeper mentorship.
Retreats offer immersive environments to practice, integrate, and go deeper, and are offered periodically throughout the year.
Each pathway holds its own integrity and rhythm.
Held with humility and reverence
Some of this work has been informed by contemplative traditions, ceremonial contexts, and Indigenous lineages.
These influences are approached with humility, respect, and responsibility.
They are offered as part of a broader orientation toward practice, integration, and reverence.
Access and reciprocity
This work has roots in relational and donation-based exchange.
While mentorship is now offered through structured, paid containers, a limited number of scholarships may be available to support access and integrity in the work.
Scholarships are offered through discernment and conversation, not application alone.
If this feels aligned…
The next step is a discernment-based application.
